State Buildings Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Gift cards purchased via the State Buildings website are issued by Treasury WA Pty Ltd (ABN 23 167 213 407) and subject to these Terms and Conditions
State Buildings Gift Cards are available to use at following participating venues:
- Wildflower
- Cape Arid Rooms
- Post
- Long Chim
- Wine Merchant
- Petition
- Beer Corner
- SHOP 1875
- COMO The Treasury
State Buildings gift cards are NOT valid for redemption on spa treatments or products at COMO Shambhala The Treasury. State Buildings vouchers also cannot be redeemed at non-participating retail stores.
State Buildings Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for another gift card.
Gift Card Terms and Conditions
Gift cards purchased are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Gift cards must be treated like cash.
Proof of your gift cards must be present at time of use, with either the physical card, printed e-card or mobile phone presentation of the e-gift card email.
Defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen cards will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.
This card is redeemable for goods or services at participating venues only – Wildflower, Cape Arid Rooms, Post, Long Chim, Wine Merchant, Petition, Beer Corner, SHOP 1875 and COMO The Treasury.
Gift cards are NOT refundable or redeemable for cash and cannot be used for payment at non-participating retailers.
Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
Cards must be redeemed before expiry date shown on card.
State Buildings gift cards cannot be redeemed for event tickets on external ticketing platforms.
Card will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date, including partial balances.
Cards cannot be reloaded.
Gift cards cannot be used for any functions, wedding or events at the State Buildings.
Cards are partially redeemable.
Cash will not be given for any unused balance.
Unused balance on expiry of this card will not be refunded or credited.
If your purchase exceeds available balance on card, you must make up the difference with an alternative form of payment.
You are liable for all transactions on your card except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or any of our employees.
We reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Terms and Conditions: Event Credit Promotion
Promotion Period
- This offer is valid for events booked between 1 February and 31 March 2025 and held between 1 June 2025 and 30 September 2025.
- Offer applies to new event bookings made from 1 February 2025 to 31 March 2025, with the promotion stipulated in the signed contract.
Eligibility
- Available exclusively to corporate clients with an active ABN booking events at State Buildings or COMO The Treasury, excluding weddings.
- Offer applies to new event bookings only.
- Events must include section or exclusive venue hire. Private dining room bookings are excluded from this promotion.
Credit Calculation
- Credits will be calculated as 10% of the total food and beverage spend (exclusive of venue hire and additional services directly provided by State Buildings or COMO The Treasury).
- Credits exclude external vendor costs or third-party services not directly billed by the venue.
Credit Redemption
- Credits will be issued as a State Buildings gift card within 30 days of 30 June 2025.
- Gift cards can be redeemed for future event bookings, dining experiences, or accommodation at COMO The Treasury.
- Credits must be used within 3 years from the date of issue and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Booking and Payment
- A signed contract and full deposit payment are required to confirm the booking.
- The full balance must be settled per the agreed payment terms to qualify for the credit.
Cancellation Policy
- In the event of cancellation, credits will not be issued, and standard cancellation fees will apply as per your contract.
General Conditions
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.
- State Buildings and COMO The Treasury reserve the right to amend or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
Disputes
- In case of disputes regarding eligibility or redemption, the decision of State Buildings and COMO The Treasury will be final.
